This book is great. I don’t have a single complaint about it. And if you buy it for any reason then just buy it for the workout dvd that comes with it! It is GREAT. If you are a tracy fan looking for some new moves of hers. (she has 3000 of them after all) then you definitely want this book. It is loaded with recipes, advice, tips, and workout ideas. And a detailed history of her method.

Tracy Anderson’s 30-Day Method, I am a total fan of Tracy Anderson, and her unique approach to fitness. Her program is totally different than anything you’ve ever tried! It’s all about working your small/accessory muscles to create what Tracy calls a "teeny tiny" body that’s feminine and curvy.

\r\n

This book is great and talks all about her method. And it includes a DVD!! Her DVDs alone are usually $30, so this is a great deal. The production quality isn’t as great as her other DVDs, but it’s plenty good to workout to!

The DVD has 3 toning sequences, one for each of the 10 days in the 30-day program.
\r\n The DVD also has 2 dancing/aerobic/cardio sequences of 10 minutes each. Tracy wants you to start with 20 minutes of cardio dancing, and then work up to doing the sections twice through for a total of 40 minutes of cardio. Ideally, you will do the cardio and toning 5-6 days a week for best results, Tracy Anderson’s 30-Day Method.
